Amidst our busy lives, we carry various degrees of micro-stress every day. Everyday Emotions • Art in Bloom invites you to pause your steps and embark on a 15-minute self-care journey through the artwork and life stories of persons in mental health recovery, peer support workers, and community partners.

Structured around four core themes—"Positive Thinking & Beliefs," "Emotions & Self-Affirmation," "Haven for the Soul," and "Community Companionship & Social Support"—the exhibition guides you starting from self-awareness to experience the healing power of art and neutralize daily micro-stress.

Two distinct emotion-themed art exhibitions will be running concurrently. Admission is free, and all are welcome to visit.
